OUR RETURN POLICY
Skinny Up!® offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for products. Send all the
products back to us, and we will refund the credit card used to pay.
If purchased in a package, and only some bottles are returned, your refund will
reflect the bottles retained by you at their price as if purchased ala carte, and not
in a package.
The 30-Day Money Back Guarantee begins on the date of purchase. The return
package must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase. Returns beyond this
30 Day window cannot be processed. In order to receive credit for returns,
please include the order name and order number.

Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days. Overnight shipping is available. If you are looking for overnight shipping rates, please call our team at (970) 449-4141. Please note that we are not able to guarantee shipment dates.
Skinny Up!® is currently only available to customers in the United States. Products are shipped to physical addresses using FedEx and USPS. All FedEx and USPS shipping will include email tracking. Products shipped to PO Boxes will use USPS.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST will go out that same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST are not guaranteed to be shipped until the next business day. Customers should note that FedEx does not work on Saturdays, so Saturdays are not included as business days.
